Schüler*innen und Eltern, die in der 5. Klasse an unserer Schule starten, entscheiden sich nicht bereits im 4. Schuljahr für einen bestimmten Schultyp. Unsere Schüler*innen haben weiterhin viel Zeit und Begleitung, um ihre Fähigkeiten zu entfalten. Sie arbeiten je nach Leistungsmöglichkeit auf dem Bildungsniveau des Gymnasiums, der Realschule oder der Hauptschule bis zu ihrem Abschluss zusammen in einer Klasse. Wenige Kolleg*innen decken kompetent viele Fächer einer Klasse ab – häufig auch in sogenannter Doppelbesetzung. Zum einen stehen die Lehrkräfte dadurch in enger Beziehung zu den Kindern und Jugendlichen. Zum anderen arbeiten sie in Jahrgangsteams zusammen und stehen in intensivem Austausch untereinander zu den Schüler*innen sowie über die fachlichen Inhalte.
