Berufseinstiegsbegleitung
In intensiver Zusammenarbeit mit der Schule und der Berufsberatung der Agentur für Arbeit unterstützt Frau Sonja vonderStraß Schüler*innen auf Ihrem Weg ins Berufsleben und beim Erreichen des Schulabschlusses. Bei der Erstellung der Bewerbungsunterlagen und im Bewerbungsprozess gibt sie Hilfestellung und steht den Jugendlichen zur Seite. Sie unterstützt beim Herausfinden der individuellen Stärken und Fähigkeiten, bei der Auswahl geeigneter Praktika und betreut ausgewählte Jugendliche während des Praktikums und in den ersten sechs Monaten der Ausbildung, um die Stabilisierung des Ausbildungsverhältnisses zu erreichen.
